     The nature of our company is to provide you with truly customizeable solutions for your product. We will often contact you after placing your order to confirm the details and ensure your product is manufactured correctly. We are committed to having the best customer communication possible. 

Shipping & Return Policy

     We are dedicated to our valued customers, and we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. The shipping cost is included in the price of the order.

     PLEASE NOTE: Most products have at least a 1 - 2 week lead time. Depending on the product, and where it is manufactures, this time can stretch to 2 to 3 weeks. For questions about when your order will arrive, please contact us.

     In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund your purchase and cover the cost of shipping it to us. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment to begin the refund or correction process.

     If you wish the order to be corrected, the price of your original purchase can be applied to your new order.

     We take steps early on in the order process to ensure you receive the exact product you want. Because there are so many varieties of products available, we often need to contact you to confirm various details, especially if you submit a Special Order request. This ensures that we have an open line of communication with our customers throughout the process.
